Manual: The National Officials Certification Program comprises of 5 levels. Each manual level (I thru IV) can be purchased from your provincial office, or by attending a clinic. Provincial, National, and International certification are beyond the scope of your local association, but we can get you up to speed and point you in the correct direction if marching onto the national stage is your desire. Completion of the exam on this site with an 80% grade would bring you to a Level 3 comprehension. Passing an exam and carrying out your duties on the field however, are completely different tasks. Onfield experience can only be learnt the old fashion way. Officiating games, and lots of them. |
