The two pages below have been lifted from Softball Canada's Umpire Certification Program Manual.

Obviously we don't expect strict compliance, but players and coaches have come to expect a minimum standard with the increase pay requests we have placed on them. Hopefully we can pick up some pics of WISUA umps in action to post on this page, good or bad. Be forewarned.
